Transport and setup fees depend on the location of your event. We handle everything \u2014 you just enjoy your event.<\/p>\n<h3>Can I pick up the equipment myself?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, you can pick up equipment from our warehouse in the Peetri area near Tallinn. The warehouse is open Monday\u2013Friday 9:00\u201317:00. For weekend pickups, please arrange in advance.<\/p>\n<h3>Does the rental period extend over weekends?<\/h3>\n<p>If the rental period extends due to a weekend or transport scheduling, no extra daily fees are charged. We always find a fair solution.<\/p>\n<h3>Will a party tent fit in my car?<\/h3>\n<p>Small easy-up tents (3x3m\u20134x4m) fit in most cars with folded rear seats. Larger party tents and frame tents require a trailer or our delivery service.<\/p>\n<h3>How far in advance should I book?<\/h3>\n<p>For tents, we recommend booking at least 1\u20132 months ahead. During summer season (May\u2013September) and wedding season, popular dates fill up quickly. For furniture and smaller equipment, 2\u20133 weeks notice is usually sufficient.<\/p>\n<h3>What areas do you deliver to?<\/h3>\n<p>We deliver across all of Estonia \u2014 Tallinn, Tartu, P\u00e4rnu, Saaremaa and everywhere in between.
