1. TERM OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. TRANSFER AND RETURN OF PROPERTY
1.1 The lessor is bound by the lease, provided that at the time of confirmation of the offer, the provider has available inventory to perform the said work.
1.2 The rented property must be returned no later than 12:00 on the date indicated at the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was when it was handed over, except for tablecloths and chair covers (their laundry is included in the rental price).
1.3 In the price offer, the price of the tents includes fixing them on the site with stakes. If necessary, the tenant must provide electricity on the site and a permit to carry out the work (e.g. drilling holes for piles). If it is not possible to fix the tents with stakes, the price of weights and their transportation will be added to the offer.

2. RENTAL FEE AND FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS
2.1. The Lessor rents the Equipment agreed in the Agreement to the Lessee on the basis of the rental price list valid at the time of the transfer of the Property. VAT is added to the prices indicated in the price list.
2.2. The costs of transporting and installing the rented property are not included in the rental fee.
2.3. In case of destruction or loss of the rented property, the Lessee is obliged to compensate the Lessor for the price of the Property in accordance with the price of a new purchase of the new Equipment.
2.4. The Lessee does not have the right to independently repair the broken property without the Lessor's permission or to order it from other persons.
2.5. The lessor is not responsible for compliance with safety regulations when using the rented property, as well as for damages that may occur to the Lessee or third parties during the use of the rented property.
2.6. The Lessee does not have the right to transfer the rented equipment, as well as the rights and obligations arising from this agreement, to third parties without the written consent of the Lessor.

3. RESPONSIBILITY
3.1. The Lessor is not responsible for breakage, destruction of the Property or other possible losses caused to the Lessee due to interruption of work for such reasons.
3.2 The Lessee bears full and unconditional responsibility for the preservation of the Property from the transfer of possession from the Lessor to the return of the Property to the Lessor.
3.3. Destruction, loss or damage of property for reasons beyond the control of the Tenant is not p- s 3.2. as a basis for reducing or releasing said liability.
3.5 In the event that the Lessee violates this agreement, the Lessor has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement and take back the lease without the consent of the Lessee.
3.6 If the leased property shows defects or the property does not correspond to what was agreed in the quotation, the lessee is obliged to inform the lessor immediately, but
no later than the start of the event for which the tenant needs the property. If the lessor has not been notified of the defects on time, it is considered that the defect has occurred during the rental period and is in the lessee's possession.
3.7 The renter's responsibilities include, among other things, closing the tent walls before leaving the tent unattended, closing all the tent walls in case of windy weather, in case of heavy showers or when heating is used in the tent during the winter, possible damage to the roof of the tent
removing water bowls and keeping the tent roof free of snow.

4. APPROVALS OF THE TENANT
4.1 This agreement is deemed concluded between the parties upon confirmation of the order via e-mail by the Renter.
4.2 The lessee hereby confirms that he has the right to sign the contract (confirm the order) under the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and as a representative of the company. In the event that the approved person does not have the right to do so, he is personally responsible for fulfilling the obligations stated in the contract.

5. WITHDRAWAL OF ORDER
5.1 The lessor has the right to demand an advance payment/booking fee of 30% of the total order
of the cost, which confirms the reservation and which is not returned to the customer upon cancellation of the order.
5.2 In case of cancellation of the order 14-8 days (2 weeks) before the event, 50% of the cost of the order must be paid, and in case of cancellation 7 days (one week) before the event, 75% of the total cost of the order must be paid.
5.3 If the order is canceled 2 days before or on the same day, 100% of the order cost must be paid.
