The 8m arch tent is the most flexible tent in our arch tent range. It grows in 3 m steps. That lets you match the length to your guest list more closely than with the 10 m or 15 m tents, which grow in 5 m steps. It suits smaller weddings, company events, fairs and pop-up events. 8m arch tent for weddings
For a wedding with 40–80 guests the 8m arch tent is a good size. It does not take over the venue. A transparent roof gives a bright, open feel during the day and a view of the sky in the evening. Add chairs, a plywood floor and string lights. The tent becomes a festive room. For larger weddings (100+ guests) see the 10 m arch tent or the 15 m arch tent.

Floor, lighting and decoration
Floors (plywood or plastic), exhibition carpet, string lights, furniture and a glass door are all available from us. Together with decorators we can also dress the tent with fabric. There is a wide range of colours, for weddings or in your company colours.

FAQ
How many people fit in an 8 m × 9 m tent?
An 8 × 9 m tent (72 m²) seats 55–70 guests at banquet tables. With a dance floor there are about 45–55 seats. Standing, cocktail style, it holds up to 85 people.
Why does the 3 m step matter?
The 10 m and 15 m arch tents grow in 5 m steps. The 8m arch tent can be 3, 6, 9, 12 m and so on. You are less likely to end up with a tent that is too big or too small.
What is the difference between the 8 m and 10 m tents?
The 8 m tent is 2 m narrower with a lower ridge and grows in 3 m steps. It suits events with 40–120 guests. The 10 m arch tent suits 80–300+ guests.
Can I have a floor in the tent?
Yes. A plywood floor levels uneven ground, a plastic floor suits flatter surfaces and exhibition carpet gives a more upmarket look.
